It is the best area in DC in my opinion. There are restaurants, shopping, my bank, several nearby grocery stores, pharmacy, medical supply store, 24 hour convenient store, laundrymats--THE MAJESTIC is near everything in walking distance. That is so important to me. It is ADA ACCESSIBLE, which was the #1 most important thing to me to have at my home. I like the gym and rooftop terrace. To me, it is one of the elite and very best apartments in Washington, D.C. I am thankful and blessed

The building staff are what truly make the Majestic special. They care about residents and are there to make you feel comfortable in your living space. The rooms are spacious for DC and at a great price. I have great neighbors and feel very happy here.

My experience so far has been totally wonderful. Building management was very kind and helpful. As I moved it, almost every resident passing stopped to introduce themselves and give me a warm welcome to the building. The space itself can't be beat -- plenty of room, beautiful windows, quiet, well-kept-up building. The whole place feels very clean and well taken care of. I am so comfortable here and I'm hoping to stay here for quite a while!

Found a gem tucked in between two of DC's best neighborhoods with ample sunlight, great views, big open studio plans all for a great price! It's easy to find public transportation or walk to all your necessities and the residents have all been wonderfully pleasant. Also a word out to the management staff at the building for being amazing as well.

I love the location and the 1920s/30s style. Staff have always resolved issues quickly. They communicated well throughout the process. I just moved from a smaller unit to a bigger one. Have lived in the building since 2019 and have no major complaints.

I contacted the leasing office to inquire about the availability of studio apartments in my price range and was notified promptly that a unit in my price range was available. I met with the leasing manager twice to initially view the unit and a second time, after I was approved, to take measurements. The staff has always been professional and has responded in a timely manner to all inquiries from me. I am very pleased with being a member of this community and would recommend it to all.

The process of locating the apartment, looking at the facilities, leasing it, and moving in has been very smooth. The assistant property manager Stephanie Valez has been extremely helpful. The property itself is very good. In particular, the gym has been very useful for me.

I have always loved the architecture of the building. Apartments on the front side get great light. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. Office is communicative. Building is quiet but in a great location to access other parts of the city and to walk to restaurants, grocery stores/markets, and bars.

El edificio es muy limpio, el personal de la oficina es muy amable y ayudan mucho a la hora de aplicar y tambien cuando eres ya miembro del edificio. La comunidad me gusta mucho ya que esta muy cerca las tiendas, escuelas, comedores y parques, es incredible.
